FY 2026-27 Salaried Tax Slabs (Finance Act 2026)

The FY 2026-27 salaried schedule has eight progressive brackets. The first Rs. 600,000 carries a 0% rate. Rates then rise to 1%, 11%, 20%, 25%, 29%, 32%, and 35% for income above Rs. 7,000,000. Finance Act 2026 abolished the Section 4AB surcharge on salaried income.

AOP & Business / Individual Tax Slabs FY 2026-27

Pakistan applies a steeper progressive schedule to Associations of Persons (AOPs) and non-salaried individuals, including freelancers, sole proprietors, and consultants. The schedule gives the first Rs. 600,000 a 0% rate and applies the 45% top rate above Rs. 5,600,000. It also adds a 10% surcharge to tax payable when income exceeds Rs. 10,000,000.
